New programme of walks for The Helm Ramblers out now! As with all of our community session groups EVERYONE IS WELCOME!!
This is a long standing, fantastic group that has toured the great outdoors upon our Lancashire doorstep for many years now. Taking it's name from where it originated at our previous building based mental health drop-in service The Helm.
Join staff member David on a Tuesday for a great escape. There is no better time to join as spring is now well under way and Summer is just around the corner. Have you been thinking about getting active and out and about? This is a great opportunity or why not try something new? With so much evidence around taking notice and appreciating our natural environment and exercise in improving our health and wellbeing why not give David a call today. Rest assured you will be in good hands with David who leads walking groups near and far in and out of work and is usually found up a hill or mountain outside of that!
