Eligibility

The service is available from age 16 years for anyone diagnosed with a moderate to severe and enduring mental health condition.

This service may be particularly useful to you if:

• You need support and guidance;

• You are at risk or suffering from social isolation;

• You are recovering have ongoing mental health problems;

 

Our Community Sessions

We run a range of sessions in community settings including: “Digital Inclusion”, “Coffee, Crafts and Pebbles”, Board Games, Baking and Relaxation.  Some sessions may include a small charge to cover materials.
