This year the Lancashire Mind Mental Elf returns....
Mental Elf is a 5k Fun Run with the emphasis on fun, it doesn’t matter if you’re a seasoned runner or prefer a stroll in the park the event is for everyone. Whether you want to run, skip, hop or jog your way across the finish line your support and efforts will not go un-noticed and help in raising vital funds which will allow Lancashire Mind to continue doing what they do. Their vision is Mental wellbeing for all and regular physical activity is associated with lower rates of depression and anxiety, an active lifestyle not only keeps our bodies healthy, but makes us feel good too.

There are 2 competitions running this year, with fantastic prizes for the winners.
Competition One- Single Elf Sponsorship
Set up your own Just Giving page to collect sponsorship and promote to all your friends, family, co workers or class mates to raise as much money as you can.
There will be a prize for the individual who raises the most sponsorship!
Competition Two - Group Elf Sponsorship
Set up a group Just Giving page and use everyone in the group to promote to everyone they know! Sometimes two heads are better than one, or three, or four or ten! There's no limit on how big a team can enter as long as all names are listed in the 'My Story' Section on the Just Giving Page. So team up and get raising! There will be a prize for the group who raises the most sponsorship.
