Just in case you missed Monday's baking session here is the recipe for homemade Quiche Lorraine and with the left overs people made some cheese and tomato slices YUM!!

Quiche Lorraine
Ingredients
100g Grated Cheese
3 eggs
1 full pint milk
4 slices of Ham
Recipe
1. Chop & Fry Onions and Chop Ham. When the onions are golden add the ham and set aside to cool
2. Flour the Kitchen Surface & round the pastry into a flat circle. Cover the Rolling pin and pastry in flour.
3. Roll the pastry out on the surface this should take ½ Minutes. It should be the thickness of a £1.
4. Once rolled out hang over the top of dish & Lift the Edges up and push into the corners. Make sure there are no Air bubbles.
5. Chill the Pastry for 15 minutes.
6. Add egg and milk into a measuring Jug and beat together with a fork or whisk.
7. When the pastry Chilled cut the edges off.
8. Grate the cheese for the bottom on the quiche. Add the onion and ham mix then add some more cheese. The add half of the egg mixture.
9. Put the quiche in the oven and add the remaining egg mix. Cook for 25 minutes until golden brown.
